摘要
松辽外围油气地质调查巴D1井的地质条件复杂,孔壁稳定性差,存在漏失、缩径、坍塌掉块等问题。施工中采用S98绳索取心金刚石钻进技术,配以水玻璃、水解聚丙烯酰胺、油井广谱护壁剂的无固相防塌钻井液体系,并通过对钻井液配方的优化和性能参数的合理调整与维护,较好的解决了深井施工中的钻进技术难题。该钻井液体系具有良好的稳定性和流变性,携屑能力强,防塌效果好,在深井钻探施工中取得了良好的效果,为该井的顺利完井奠定了基础。
The well Ba D1 in the Songliao Basin periphery oil and gas geological exploration has complex geological condition, and exis- ted problems of poor wall stability, fluid loss, diameter shrinkage, collapse and block fall - off. Thus, the wire line coring diamond drilling is used in operation, supported by soluble silicate, hydrolytic polyacrylamide, oil well broad - spectrum wall protective agent solid - free collapse prevention drilling fluid system. Through drilling fluid formulation optimization, performance parameter reasonable adjustment and preventive maintenance, thus have solved drilling technical hard nuts in deep well operation. This drilling fluid system has better stability and rheological property with strong cuttings carrying capacity and better collapse preventive effect and got good re- suits in deep well drilling operation, and has laid the foundation for smooth well completion.
