摘要
针对混凝土内部存在的分布缺陷问题,设计了PVA-尾矿砂水泥基复合材料三点弯曲试验,从损伤的角度研究裂缝的形成和演化。通过构件破坏时的挠度和峰值荷载时的挠度,计算损伤变量,研究纤维掺量、缝高比、尾矿砂掺量、使用条件对损伤变量的影响规律。试验结果表明:起裂时损伤变量随挠度发展的速率随尾矿砂掺量和缝高比的增加而加快,随纤维掺量增加而减缓;相较于正常使用条件下,腐蚀使用条件下的损伤变量随挠度的发展速率较快;损伤变量值随尾矿砂掺量、缝高比的增加而增加,随纤维掺量的增加而减小,腐蚀使用条件下的损伤值比在常态使用条件下的损伤值大。
Aiming at distributed defects exist within the concrete,the design of the PVA-tail sand cement base composite three point bending test,and from the formation and evolution of the damage point of fracture.The damage variable,which is calculated by the deflection of the beam and the peak load,is used to calculate the damage variable,and the influence of the fiber content,the ratio of the gap,the content of the tailings sand,the use condition of the damage variable is studied.The experimental results show that the crack damage with deflection speed with tailings dosage and joint ratio increases.With the increase of fiber content and slow,the corrosion conditions of use with the development speed of the deflection than the normal use conditions for the development of fast.Damage variable value with tailings dosage,gap ratio increases,and decreases with the increase of fiber content,corrosion damage under the condition of larger values than those in normal use under the condition of the injury.
