专用校车隔板及座椅在动态试验中对后排成员保护的对比研究

摘要 为研究专用校车座椅动态试验中隔板和座椅对后排成员保护效果的差异,在按照GB 24406-2012《专用校车学生座椅系统及其车辆固定件的强度》法规进行座椅及隔板的抗前倾性能试验的基础上,通过对比隔板和座椅对后排假人的头部、胸部及腿部所产生的伤害值得出结论:在抗前倾性能动态试验过程中,当座椅前排由座椅更换为隔板时,对后排成员的头部保护作用变差,对胸部的保护作用影响不大,对于腿部保护作用加强。此研究为校车座椅用户提供了参考,也为座椅及隔板生产厂提供了隔板结构改进的依据。 To know the difference of the protection effect in the special school bus' s dynamic impact test, the indexes of the dummy when there was a seat in front of the passenger or there was a restraining barrier were compared on the base of seat impact tests according to GB 24406-2012 The Strength of Student Seat Systems and Their Anchorages of Special School Bus. The indexes of the dummy included HIC, THAC and FAC. The conclusion is that when the seat is replaced by a restraining barrier, the HIC value is getting worse, the THAC value doesn' t change a lot, the FAC value is getting better. The result gives the users an reference, it also provides basis for manufacturers to get better restraining barrier products.
