摘要
根据天津市13个固定气象站的观测资料,分析2016/2017年冬季天津市的气温、日照、降水3个气象要素的变化趋势和特点,并与历史同期气候条件进行对比,分析冬季农业气候条件对冬小麦和设施农业生产的影响,得出"整个冬季未发生严重灾害性天气,农业气象条件整体较为有利。冬小麦安全越冬,设施农业生产基本正常"的结论,同时提出相应的农事生产建议。
According to 13 meteorological stations in Tianjin, the characteristics and trend of temperature, sunshine and precipitation were analyzed and compared with the same period in history. Agro-me teorological conditions were analyzed and the conclusions was as below： disastrous weather was not occurred during whole winter, agro-meteorological conditions were positive, winter wheat lived through the winter safety, the production of facility agriculture kept normal. The suggestions of agricultural production were proposed at last.
