摘要
采用煅烧—水热化合法对粉煤灰进行改性,并用改性后的粉煤灰进行模拟烟气脱硫试验,研究了改性粉煤灰脱硫机制。试验结果表明,在助熔剂Na_2CO_3用量12g、Ca(OH)_2用量15g、温度80℃、水合消化8h条件下,对50g粉煤灰进行改性,改性后的粉煤灰含湿率30%,对SO_2最大吸附率达93.5%,平均吸附率为85.2%,吸附效果较好。
Abstract. The modification of fly ash by calcined-water thermalization method was studied. And adsorption mechanism for sulfur dioxide was Reseached. The results show that for fly ash of 50 g, under the conditions of Na2CO3 amount of 12 g,Ca(OH)2 amount of 15 g, temperature of 80℃, digestion time of 8 h,the modifying fly ash moisture is 30% ,the maximum adsorption rate for 802 in flue gas reaches 93.5%,the average adsorption rate is 85.2% ,adsorption effect is good.
