摘要
产业升级和企业转型是当前中国经济发展高度关注的话题。企业既需要契合环境变革实现商业模式创新,也需要契合战略调整建构高绩效系统。以海尔作为研究案例,揭示企业商业模式创新和高绩效系统构建的耦合对企业转型升级的促进机制。研究显示,不同类型的商业模式创新适应于企业发展的不同阶段,并且需要构建不同导向的高绩效系统与之相匹配。企业商业模式创新和高绩效系统构建的耦合推进其在不同发展阶段围绕不同核心要素搭建运营平台,而核心运营平台的梯次升级促成了企业的持续转型。战略型企业家是企业商业模式创新和高绩效系统构建耦合机制形成的催化剂和粘合剂。
Industrial upgrading is a topic of great concern in Chinars economic development. Enterprises need to adapt to environmental changes to achieve business mode innovation, but also need to fit the strategic adjustment to construct their high performance systems. This paper takes Haier as a case to reveal the coupling mechanism between business mode innovation and high performance system construction. Research shows that at different stages, enterprises use different types of business modeinnovation. Pariticular types of business mode innovation need to match the stages and correspondent orientations of high performance systemneed to be constructed.The coupling of enterprise business mode innovation and high performance system construction promotesto establish the operating platform with the different core elements in stages of development. The core operation platform ech-elon upgrading contributes to the ongoing transformation of enterprises. And the strategic entrepreneur is the cata-lyst and adhesive of coupling mechanism between the business mode innovation and the high performance system construction.
