摘要 剪切增稠材料是一种新型功能材料,优异的力学性能使其成为抗外力防护领域最重要的材料之一。根据不同原料及制备工艺,对几种剪切增稠体系进行了分类阐述,并作了相应的机理分析,在此基础上讨论了分散相、分散介质、高分子量、组成等因素对增稠性能的影响。综述了剪切增稠材料的应用领域,并结合自身课题,指出了其潜在研究价值的方向。 Shear thickening material is a new kind of functional material, and its excellent mechanical properties make it one of the most important materials in the field of protection against external forces. According to different raw material and preparation technology, several kinds of shear thickening systems were classified and analyzed, and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed. On the basis,the effects of disperse phase, high polymer weight and compositon on the thickening properties were discussed. The application field of shear thickening materials was reviewed,and the direction of potential research value was pointed out.
