无金属碳纤维复合线离合器面片的研究

摘要 为解决汽车用离合器面片用复合线使用铜丝导致铜资源浪费、环境污染以及产品性能方面存在的问题,以及促进国产高性能碳纤维生产、推广和使用,研究无金属碳纤维复合线离合器面片。以传统使用铜丝的复合线制备的离合器面片作对比,研究以无金属碳纤维复合线制备离合器面片的摩擦性能,同时借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)对产品的结构成分进行分析。结果表明本工艺产品摩擦磨损性能不仅符合现行国家标准汽车用离合器面片的技术要求,还具有优异的耐高温性能,在250℃时摩擦系数(μ)为0.47,而对比样的μ衰退为0.38;在300℃时,两者摩擦系数分别为0.35和0.32,磨损率分别为0.27×10^(-7)cm^3/(N·m)和0.29×10^(-7)cm^3/(N·m)。由于使用骨架材料不同,本工艺产品与传统工艺产品的断面组分比例明显不同。 In order to solve the problems in traditional clutch facing using composite wire by copper such as copper resource waste, environmental pollution and product performance defects, and also to promote the production, promotion and use of domestic high-performance carbon fiber, the preparation of non-metal clutch facing used with carbon fiber composite wire was studied. The friction and wear properties of new products were tested,analyzed and compared with that of traditional technology, and the images and composition of their local area were also characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDS). The results showed that the new product not only met the specification of existing national standards of clutch facings for automobiles, it had excellent high temperature resistance performance. Its friction coefficient (μ) was 0.47 at 250℃ and that of the contrast sample declined to 0.38. At 300℃ ,their /1 value were 0. 35,0. 32,respectively,and wear (V) were 0.27× 10^-7cm^3/(N.m),0.29× 10^-7cma/(N.m). The components of sections were significantly different between new and traditional technology products because of the use of different reinforcing material.
