摘要
本文设计并实现了超低相位噪声参考源。分析了锁相频率合成相位噪声的影响因素,提出了一种采用梳谱发生器合成宽带、大步进、超低噪声参考源的频率合成方案。实验测试结果 :频率覆盖范围3~6GHz,频率步进75MHz,3.1125GHz时,10k Hz频偏处的相位噪声约为-130d Bc/Hz,具有较高的工程实用价值。
The issue aims at the design and implement of ultra low phase noise reference source? Analyzes the factor of affect the phase noise of PLL frequency synthesizer,mentions a frequency synthesize technique can synthesize wide band, big step, ultra low phase noise reference source with Comb Spectrum Generator. The experimental results:The frequency range is 3 ~ 6GHz,frequency step is 75 MHz, The phase noise level is-130 d Bc/Hz@10k Hz with output frequency of 3.1125 GHz. It has a high engineering practical value.
