摘要
目的探讨清胃活血汤联合泮托拉唑钠治疗急性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取急性胃炎患者为研究对象,分成2组。对照组64例,予泮托拉唑钠治疗,观察组64例,加用清胃活血汤治疗,观察治疗前后相关指标变化情况。结果对照组治愈率32.81%、总有效率84.38%,观察组治愈率50%、总有效率95.31%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后主症积分、次症状积分、总积分上较治疗前比较明显下降,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后主症积分、次症状积分、总积分上较治疗前比较明显下降,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组治疗后主症积分、次症状积分、总积分下降水平较对照组治疗后更加显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后胃镜黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂、出血较治疗前均明显好转,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组治疗后黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂、出血好转水平较对照组治疗后更加显著(P<0.01)。结论清胃活血汤联合泮托拉唑钠能改善胃壁微循环,保护胃黏膜,抑制炎症反应。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Qingwei Huoxue decoction combined with Pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of acute gastritis. Methods Patients with acute gastritis were selected as subjects and divided to two groups. 64 patients in the control group were treated with Pantoprazole sodium, 64 patients in the observation group were treated with Qingwei Huoxue decoction and Pantoprazole sodium, the changes of related indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results In the control group, the cure rate was 32.81%, the total effective rate was 84.38%, while, in the observation group, the cure rate was 50%, the total effective rate was 95.31%, two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）; After treatment, the main symptom score, symptom score and total score of the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there was statistical significance before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, after treatment, the main symptom score, symptom score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there was significant difference before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01）, after treatment, the main symptom score, symptom score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The two groups after treatment in endoscopic mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion, bleeding before treatment were significantly improved after treatment weresignificantly different （P〈0.01）, the observation group after the treatment of mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion, bleeding and improved levels than the control group after treatment was more significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Qingwei Huoxue decoction combined with Pantoprazole sodium can improve gastric microcirculation, protect gastric mueosa, inhibit inflammation.
