配风方式及贴壁风对锅炉贴壁气氛影响规律研究 被引量:16

Effect of Air Distribution and Near-wall Air on Near Water-wall Flue Gas Atmosphere Distribution for Coal firing Boiler

摘要 以一台发生水冷壁高温腐蚀的300 MW电站燃煤对冲锅炉为对象,在贴壁风系统投用前后分别进行了燃烧器均等配风及碗型配风对比试验,获得了燃烧器配风方式对锅炉侧墙贴壁还原性气氛的影响规律。同时,通过贴壁风投用前后多个典型磨煤机组合工况下的测试,对比分析了贴壁风对侧墙贴壁气氛中O_2及CO浓度水平、分布情况及对流受热面金属壁温的影响规律。相关研究可为燃煤对冲锅炉高温腐蚀问题的防治提供有益的借鉴。 Based on a 300MW opposed firing boiler with water-wall high temperature corrosion, the comparative research between bowl-style air distribution and equal air distribution before and after near-wall air reform was investigated and the effect of air distribution on near-wall flue gas atmosphere distribution characsteristics were obtained and analyzed. Besides, the near-wall flue gas atmosphere with different pulverizer combinations before and after near-wall air reform were also studied and the effect of near-wall air on near-wall O2 and CO concentration and distribution as well as the metal temperature of convection heat exchange was investigated and analyzed. The related research is helpful to deepen the understanding of the high temperature corrosion control technology and can provide useful guidance for boiler operation after near-wall air reform.
