摘要
沙沱升船机工程中的承船厢室轨道二期混凝土具有高落差、仓面小、对称分布等特点,针对这些特点本工程采用了施工速度快、机械化程度高的滑模施工技术,从滑模施工方案、模体设计、施工工艺等方面详细阐述了滑模施工在沙沱升船机工程中的应用。实践表明,滑模施工对于升船机工程中的承船厢室轨道二期混凝土施工适用性较强,既能节约工期又具有较好的经济效益。
The second phase concrete construction for the pathway of ship chamber in Shatuo ship lift is characterized by high drop, small placement surface and symmetric distribution, so the slip-form construction with fast construction speed and high level of mechanization is adopted in this project. The application of slip-form construction in Shatuo ship lift is elaborated from construction scheme, body design of slip form and construction technology. It is proved by practice that the slip-form construction exerts strong applicability on the second phase concrete construction which not only saves construction period, but also brings enormous economic benefit.
