摘要
针对语言型多属性群决策问题,文章提出了一种基于二元语义关联分析的群决策方法。首先,定义了二元语义灰色关联系数和二元语义灰色关联度的计算方法。然后,定义了多属性群决策问题中的参考序列,计算出每个方案单个决策者的二元语义关联度。通过T-OWA算子,集结出方案的群体二元语义关联度,依据二元语义的有序性可以进行方案的优选。算例表明了方法的有效性。
With respect to multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic assessment information, the paper pres- ents a new method based on the relational analysis of two-tuple linguistic representation. Firstly, the paper gives the algorithms of gray relational coefficient and degree of two-tuple linguistic representation. And then the paper defines the reference sequences of multiple attribute group decision making, and works out the relational degree of two-tuple linguistic representation of single deci- sion maker in each scheme. Finally, the paper aggregates the relational degree of the group two-tuple linguistic representation through the T-OWA operator, and scheme optimization is done according to the sequence character of two-tuple linguistic repre- sentation. Examples demonstrate the validity of this method.
