摘要
为满足电气化铁道用接触线日益提升的性能需求,在"上引-挤压-拉拔"生产工艺基础上,通过添加微量RE,并优化工艺参数,制备了150型Cu-Sn-RE合金接触线。结果表明:添加0.05%RE的该线材抗拉强度为446 MPa、导电率为84.5%IACS,其强度和电学性能指标与TB/T 2809-2005标准相比获得了提升,为该型号接触线的提速运行提供了技术保障。
In order to satisfy the increasing performance requirements of contact wire for high speed electrified railway, the 150 type Cu-Sn-Re alloy contact wire was manufactured by adding trace RE, optimizing manufacturing process on the basis of"up casting-extruding-drawing" process. The results show that after adding 0.05 % RE, the tensile strength of the contact wire is 446 MPa, the electrical conductivity is 84.5 %IACS. Its strength and electrical properties improve compared with the standards of TB/T2809-2005, which can provide technical support for speed lifting of this type of contact wire.
