摘要
采用连续轧制的变形方式制备了不同规格TC4钛合金棒材,主要分析了不同加热温度下材料显微组织的均匀性。结果表明,930和970℃两种温度轧制的TC4钛合金□45mm材料内外组织差异大;随着棒材规格减小,棒材组织更均匀、更细小;两种轧制温度的棒材性能均符合GB 13810标准要求,最小规格Ф11.5 mm棒材强度与塑性都优于其他规格,综合性能优良。
TC4 titanium alloy bars with different sizes were prepared by continuous rolling. The microstructure uniformity of the materials at different heating temperatures was mainly analyzed. The results show that the difference of inside and outside the microstructure of n45mm TC4 titanium alloy rolled by two temperatures (930 and 970 ℃) is large; with the reduction of the bar specification, the microstmcture of the bar is more uniform and smaller; the properties of bars at two rolling temperatures are in accordance with GB 13810 standard, strength and plasticity of the minimum specification of thl 1.5 mm bar are superior to those of other specifications, and the combination property is excellent.
