摘要
在冷轧带钢的生产中,平整工序是性能、尺寸、表面和板形的重要控制手段。本文分析了平整延伸率变化对IF钢退火后力学性能和组织的影响,并得出了相应的拟合公式。结果表明:屈服强度和抗拉强度随平整延伸率的提高而提高;伸长率与平整延伸率变化无对应关系;平整延伸率对应变硬化指数n值没有影响;随平整延伸率增大,晶粒被拉长,晶界和晶粒内部没有破坏。
In the production of cold rolled strip steel, the flattening procedure is an important control means of performance, size, surface and shape. The effects of the change of the flattening elongation on the mechanical properties and microstructure of IF steel after annealing were analyzed. And the corresponding fitting formula was obtained. The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength increase with the increase of flattening elongation; the elongation and flattening elongation change have not corresponding relation; flattening elongation has no effect on strain hardening exponent n value; the grain is elongated and the grain boundaries and grains aren't destroyed with the increase of the flattening elongation.
