摘要
目的:观察低频氙光联合常规康复治疗对肩关节周围炎患者疼痛和运动功能恢复的影响。方法:将45例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为观察组(23例)和对照组(22例),均在接受关节松动术和肌力训练基础上,对照组联合Tens疗法,观察组则联合低频氙光治疗,治疗4周后观察两组患者VAS评分、AROM和JOA评分改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分、JOA评分及外展、外旋、后伸等AROM改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频氙光联合常规康复治疗对肩关节周围炎患者疼痛和运动功能的恢复作用显著。
Objective： To observe the influence of low frequency xenon combined with conventional rehabilitation on the recovery of pain and motor function of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 45 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into ob- servation group （23 cases） and control group （22 cases）, on the basis of joint mobilization and muscle training, control group combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation （Tens） therapy, while observation group with low frequency xenon, observed the improvement of VAS score, AROM and JOA score of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results： After treatment, the improvement of VAS and JOA scores, AROM of abduction, extorsion and extension of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Low frequency xe- non combined with conventional rehabilitation has a significant recovery effect on pain and motor function of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.
