泥鳅自然繁殖特性及人工繁育技术研究 被引量:7

The natural reproductive characteristics and artificial propagation technologies of the loach,Misgurnus anguillicaudatus

摘要 以江苏里下河地区邵伯湖水域的泥鳅为研究对象,探究泥鳅自然繁殖特性及人工繁育技术。结果表明:雌鳅性成熟系数在3~5月之间逐渐增加,6月达到峰值,此后逐渐下降,泥鳅主要繁殖期为4~9月,最佳繁殖期为5~6月;雌鳅规格越大其怀卵量越高,雌鳅体重大于30g时,其绝对怀卵量大于1万粒·尾^(-1),相对怀卵量大于400粒·尾^(-1);在水温21.5~25.5℃时,雌雄比例为1∶(1.2~1.5),雌鳅每尾注射催产剂用量为125 U绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)+0.3μg促黄体素释放性腺激素(LRH-A2)+0.2mg马来酸地欧酮(DOM),雄鳅剂量减半;注射催产剂后12~15h,亲鳅达到效应时间开始产卵,产卵后平均受精率为85.54%,孵化率为64.86%,催产122尾雌鳅共收获约32万尾仔鳅;初孵仔鳅全长约2mm,苗种培育30~45d后,鳅苗体长可达3~5cm,此时可进行分塘饲养或苗种销售。通过研究泥鳅的自然繁殖特性,突破其人工繁殖技术,为泥鳅规模化人工繁育奠定基础。 The objective of this study was to find the natural propagation characteristics of the loach (Misgurnus an- guillicaudatus) and designed to carry out the artificial propagation, in Shaobo lake of f.ixiahe region, Jiangsu province. Results showed that the gonadosomatic index of female loach gradually increased in months from March to May, peaked at June and then gradually decline, and the loach can be bred in April to September, the best period of May to June. The fe- male loach with bigger specifications had higher fecundity, the average absolute fecundity was greater than 10 000 grain @ tail-1 and average relative fecundity was greater than 400 gmin · g-1 when the body weight of the loach was higher than 30 g · tail^-1. At the water temperature from 21.5 to 25.5 ℃, the broodstock of the loach kept female and male in 1 : (1.2-1.5) ratios, and started laying eggs after oxytocin injection agent for 12 to 15 hour, the tail dose of oxytocic for female loach was 125 U HCG+0.3μg LRH-A2+0.2 mg DOM, half of the dose for the male loach. The av- erage fertility rate was 85.54% eggs, hatching rate was 64.86G, about 320 000 tail of loach seedlings were hatched by 122 tail female loach. The newly hatched larva body length was about 2 mm, and at 30 to 45 days of age, loach seedling length reached 3 to 5 cm, and then can be used for separate fish farming or seed sales. Our study provides the break- through in artificial propagation by studying the natural propagation of the loach and the foundation for large-scale artifi- cial breeding loach in the production.
