摘要
哮喘是小儿时期常见的一种反复发作的哮鸣气喘性肺系疾病,中医对哮喘缓解期的治疗有独特优势,朱珊教授认为小儿肺脏娇嫩,脾常不足,肾常虚,易感触风邪引动伏痰,致哮喘反复发作。在总结前人对哮喘缓解期研究的基础上,治疗小儿哮喘缓解期以健脾益气、补肺固表为治则,方用玉屏风散合人参五味子汤加减,同时提高患儿的免疫力,增强小儿体质,在临床上具有确切可靠的疗效。
Asthma is a common pediatric period of recurrent wheezing lung disease. The traditional Chinese medicine in the treat-ment of asthma remission has unique advantages. Professor Zhu Shan thought that pediatric lung is tender, the spleen is often insuffi-cient and kidney deficiency, and often gets wind phlegm, which repeates attacks of asthma. In summary, on the basis of predecessors ＇research on asthma remission, treatment for infantile asthma remission is strengthening spleen for benefiting qi and nourishing lung for consolidating superficies as therapeutic principle. The prescription is modified Yupinfeng powder and Renshen Wuweizi decoction.At the same time, improving the children＇s immunity and physical fitness, there has reliable curative effect in clinic.
