摘要
目的探讨加味双合汤结合常规西药治疗对脑梗死的疗效。方法随机将40例脑梗死患者分为双合汤治疗组和西药组,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上服用中药汤剂加味双合汤,西药组常规使用西药。结果双合汤治疗组用药前后神经功能缺损评分与西药组比较明显降低。总显效率(75%)明显优于对照组(55%)(P<0.01)。结论加味双合汤结合常规西药治疗脑梗死对其生存预后有较好的作用,具有改善临床症状,降低致残率的良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Shuanghe decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 40 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and Western medicine group. The treatment group was treated with modified Shuanghe decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine. The Western medicine group was givne conventional Western medicine. Results Before and after treatment, the scores of neurological impairment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group. The total effective rate （75%） of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （55%） （P〈0.01） . Conclusion The modified Shuanghe decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine had a good effect on survival and prognosis, improved clinical symptoms, and reduced disability.
