摘要
天坪隧道穿越含有害气体非煤地层,为解决采用大量地质钻探预报成本高且严重影响施工进度的问题,根据前期有害气体的出现位置以及岩层厚度、产状等信息,利用隧道与岩层走向间的已知条件,采用区域地层厚度和产状测量、隧道与岩层关系投影计算、斜井预报正洞等综合预报方法,计算出有害气体在某一岩层的赋存范围,进而推测出下一阶段有害气体在隧道内出现的位置,然后通过少量钻探进行验证,使超前地质钻孔更有针对性,可大大缩减钻孔数量,节约施工时间。天坪隧道采用该方法取得了较好的应用效果,能准确预测有害气体的位置,为提前进行设计优化和施工组织提供依据。
Tianping Tunnel crosses non coal formations containing harmful gas. The harmful gas detection can not only depend on geophysical methods, and the cost would be increased and the construction period would be lengthened by carrying out a great deal of geological drilling work. In this paper, the storage range of harmful gas in a stratum is calculated and the position of harmful gas in further section is prediction by measuring thickness and attitude of strata, projection calculating relationship between tunnel and strata attitude and main tunnel prediction through inclined shaft, on the basis of position of existing harmful gas, thickness and attitude of strata and strike of tunnel and rock. And then little geological drilling work is conducted to verify the results. Good effect has been achieved and the results can provide reference for design optimization and construction organization of similar projects in the future.
