摘要
化工生产装置有"质量要求"、"环保要求"。在化工生产中,不能片面强调节能而降低其他方面的要求。介绍一种化工生产节能的分析方法,将化工生产装置分为反应系统、分离系统、换热网络、公用工程4个层次,每个层次都包含质量、环保等要求,节能调整要由内到外逐层进行,实现各个要求,最终达到用能的优化;同时,将这种方法应用于辽阳石化己二酸装置后,产品的硝酸含量由1.5 mg/kg降至1.2 mg/kg,污水COD由140 kg/h降至87 kg/h,蒸汽消耗减少3 t/h,循环水消耗减少500 t/h,取得了较好的节能效果。
There are 'quality requirement' and 'environmental protection requirement' for chemical production devices.It is unable to only emphasize energy saving and reduce requirements for other aspects in chemical production process.An analysis method of energy saving in chemical production is introduced,and the method divides the chemical production devices into four layers:the reaction system,separation system,heat exchanger networks and public works.Each layer contains quality,environmental protection and other requirements.Energy saving adjustment should conduct from inner layers to outer layers,fully realizing the various requirements and finally achieving energy optimization.Meanwhile,the method is also applied in the adipic device in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company.After using the method,the nitrate content of the product decreases from 1.5mg/kg to 1.2 mg/kg,the COD of wastewater decreases from 140 kg/h to 87 kg/h,the consumptionof steam is reduced by 3 t/h,the consumption of circulating water is reduced by 500 t/h,which get a better energy saving effect.
