摘要 根据实际情况和专业特点,针对化学师范生提出三个精细化的人才培养模式,通过目标式分类培养的设计,确定了三个精细化的具体方向定位、培养目标和实训内容,构建了实施路线、教学数据分析平台及质量保障体系。经过实践和数据分析,形成一套学生精细化实训体系和质量保障体系,建立了配套运行操作平台和管理办法,应用于学生的全过程培养。 According to the actual situation and professional features,"three detailed processes" training mode for the student of Chemical specialty (normal) was put fi}rword,and the working direction,training goal and training content of "three detailed processes" was identified based on classified cultivation.The implementation route,data analysis platform of teaching and the quality assurance system was builded. The detailed system of student training and tile quality assurance system were formed with operation platform and management approach based on practice results and data analysis for students training in whole process.
