摘要
目的分析涂片真菌检查在临床中的应用价值。方法对2015年1月~2016年12月医院门诊疑为真菌性疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较在应用涂片真菌检查前后感染性疾病中真菌性疾病的确诊率,并随访确诊1周及3个月后患者的临床疗效进行分析,从而对涂片真菌检查在临床中的应用价值进行科学分析。结果自2016年医院在感染性疾病患者中采用涂片检查,真菌性疾病的确诊率提升为10.0%,临床诊断准确率得到明显提升(P<0.05)。真菌性疾病患者确诊1周后进行复诊,2016年治疗有效率与2015年相比显著提升(P<0.05),首诊3个月后门诊复诊发现,2016年治疗有效率提高至80.3%,高于2015年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论涂片真菌检查具有快捷、高效的特点,能够提高临床真菌性疾病的准确率,从而为患者提供针对性治疗服务,有助于提升临床治疗的有效性,且检查费用经济实惠,值得在基层医院推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application value of fungal smear examination in clinical practice. Methods The clinical data of patients with suspected fungal diseases in hospital outpatient from January 2015 and December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis rate of fungal diseases in infectious diseases before and after smear fungal examination was compared and the clinical efficacy of patients after confirming for 1 week and 3 months was followed up and analyzed,to scientifically analyze the application of smear fungal examination in clinical. Results The diagnosis rate of fungal diseases was improved to 10.0% in patients with infectious diseases since 2016, and the accuracy of clinical diagnosis was significantly improved (P〈0.05). Fungal disease patients went to referral after diagnosing for 1 week, and the treatment efficiency in 2016 was significantly higher than in 2015(P〈0.05).It was found that the effective rate of treatment in 2016 was increased to 80.3% when outpatient referral at 3 months after first visit. Although the treatment efficiency(80.3%) in 2016 was higher than 2015, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05): Conclusion Fungal smear examination has features of speed and high efficiency,which can improve the accuracy of clinical fungal diseases, so as to provide targeted treatment for patients and help to improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment. The lost of inspection is affordable,and it is worthy of promotion in grassroots hospitals.
