高职护理教师信息化教学能力与获取途径调查 被引量:7

Investigation on competency in the use of information technology in teaching and the routes to acquire such competency among teachers working in vocational schools

摘要 目的调查高职护理教师信息化教学能力和获取途径的现状,并探讨获取途径对其信息化教学能力的影响。方法运用便利抽样法对江苏省204名专任高职护理教师采用信息化教学能力量表和信息化教学能力获取途径量表进行网络调查。结果高职护理教师信息化教学能力均分为(3.50±0.66)分;获取途径均分为(3.34±0.82)分;高职护理教师信息化教学能力总分及各维度得分与获取途径及各维度呈正显著相关(均P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,获取途径中的自我学习和不断实践是高职护理教师信息化教学能力的重要影响因素。结论高职护理教师信息化教学能力和获取途径均处于中等水平,各院校和护理教育管理部门可通过优化和完善高职护理教师信息化能力获取途径,有效提高其信息化教学能力。 Objective To investigate competency in the use of information technology in teaching and the routes to acquire such corn petency among teachers working in vocational schools, and to probe into effect of the routes on the competency. Methods A total of 204 teachers working in vocational schools were selected by convenience sampling method, and then surveyed with a scale measuring their competency in the use of information technology in teaching and an instrument measuring the routes helping them to acquire such competency. Results The teachers scored (3.50±0.66) in competency in the use of information technology in tea- ching, and (3.34±0.82) in the routes helping them to acquire such competency, with the former and all the dimension scores posi- tively correlated to the latter counterparts(P〈0.01 for all). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that such routes as self-lear- ning, and self-practice were major factors incluencing the competency in the use of information technology in teaching. Conclusion The competency in the use of information technology in teaching and the routes to acquire such competency among teachers working in vocational schools were at medium level. Institutions and nursing education management departments should take measures to broaden teachers' routes to acquire competency in the use of information technology in teaching.
