摘要
人类肝肠黏着蛋白(CDH17)作为钙黏蛋白超家族成员之一,具有特殊的结构特征,其主要表达于肠上皮细胞及部分胰腺导管上皮细胞,在细胞生长发育过程中起重要作用。CDH17基因作为一种肿瘤相关基因,其致癌机制尚不完全清楚,CDH17基因的表达异常在胃癌发生、发展机制中发挥着重要作用;CDH17是通过调节靶蛋白间的相互作用在胃癌细胞多条信号转导通路中发挥调控作用的。CDH17在胃癌中的表达与意义对于胃癌的诊断和预后有重要价值。
Human liver-intestine cadherin protein(CDH17) is a structurally unique member of the cadherin superfamily. CDH17 is limited to the intestinal epithelial cells and part of the pancreatic duct, playing an important role in cell growth and development. CDH17 gene as a kind of tumor associated genes,its tumor inducer mechanism is not fully understood. Recent studies showed that, CDH17 expression abnormalities play an important role in human stomach cancer and development. CDH17, plays a role in cell signal transduction pathways through controlling interaction with targeting proteins. Research on CDH17 expression and significance in human stomach cancer is important for both diagnosis and prognosis.
