摘要
分析薄壁结构件的加工特点,以某航空薄壁件为例,通过优化机械加工工艺方案,在粗加工采用增设工艺搭子和工艺肋板的方法,简化了装夹方案,优化了加工形式,减少了五轴机床的加工时间,在降低生产成本的同时减小了机械加工变形,并且有效地提高了生产效率。实践证明:此种优化工艺的方法使工件加工质量和加工效率得到有效提高,对同类工件的机械加工有一定的借鉴意义。
A thin - wall part of aircraft for example, analysis of the processing characteristics of thin wall structures, through the optimization of machining process plan, by the method of adding processing support and rough machining rib, to simplify the clamping scheme and optimize the processing mode, it can cut down the use time of five axis CNC machining center and reduce the production cost and the machining deformation, and effectively improve the production efficiency. These methods were proved to be effective in increasing the machining quality and the machining efficiency of the thin wall parts. It can be used as a reference for the machining of similar oarts.
