摘要
设计了一种分布式粒子探测器集群高压电源系统,阐述了系统总体构架,重点介绍高压电源控制柜的设计方案。分析了多个模块设计的关键技术环节。该系统基于Nios II和ARM双核控制,设计了AC/DC变换器、高压电源阵列、CAN路由器、触摸屏及集群电源主控制器等模块,实验结果表明,本系统具有功率因数高、精度高、纹波小、实时性好、设备的兼容性和抗干扰能力强等优点。
A sort of design technique of high voltage power supply system for distributed particle detector cluster was presented. The overall framework of system was expounded. Design scheme of high voltage power supply control cabinet was introduced. Key techniques for many modules design were analyzed. This system was based on Nios II and ARM control, AC/DC converter, high voltage power array, CAN router, touch screen and cluster power supply controller module. Experiments showed that this system had advantages of high power factor, high precision, small ripple, good real-time, strong compatibility of the equipment and anti-interference capability.
