摘要
设计了一种夹具拼装教学模型,采用箱式包装。实验箱中包括21种非标元件,12种改装元件。可针对连杆、拨叉、轴套类等被加工零件主样件,实现夹具元件、机构的灵活替换,完成典型零件30多道工序专用夹具模型的拼装,展现钻、铣、镗等多种机床上的专用夹具结构。拼装教学模型的使用,方便了初学者熟悉夹具设计的思路和方法,更容易理解夹具设计原理中常用的定位、夹紧方式及设计原则。通过夹具模型元件的变换组装,可为教师课程教学提供新颖的教学模式,并激发培养学生的创新思维能力和实践动手能力。夹具拼装教学模型的元件结构简单,制造和使用方便,易于连接和拆卸,经济实用。
Portable assembly fixture models are designed for box-type packaging. An experiment trunk contains 21 non- standard and 12 modified parts. Focusing on connecting rods, shift forks, axle sleeves, and other machining parts, the design of portable assembly fixture models allows for flexible replacement of fixture elements. It can complete the assembly of special fixture elements to meet requirements of more than 30 working processes and to demonstrate the special fixture used on machines like drilling, milling, and boring machines. The models are used to facilitate the beginners getting familiar with the conceptions and methods of fixture design, and to help them understand the positioning and clamping as well as the design principle often used in fixture design. The flexible assembly of fixture models provides teachers with an innovative teaching mode and stimulates students to develop innovation and practical capabilities. The models consist of elements that are simple in structure, easy to make use, and convenient to connect and disassemble, and are therefore very economical and practical.
