摘要
高等农业院校往往注重拔尖创新型人才培养,而对复合应用型人才关注不多、培养不足,导致人才规格与行业需求有所脱节。为了解决这一问题,阐述了复合应用型卓越农学人才培养的必要性,分析了目前我国高等农业院校农学专业人才培养体系中存在的人才培养方案分型不清、复合应用人才培养不力、课程教学方式方法不优、实验实践教学质量不高、教育质量评价激励不足等问题。扬州大学农学专业在继续重视拔尖创新型卓越农学人才培养的基础上,优化确立了复合应用型卓越农学人才培养目标,探索实践了创制人才培养方案、创办复合应用班级、创新课程教学方式、创建全程实践机制、创立质量评价体系等对策措施,取得了多方面显著成效。
Classifications of high education in universities and personnel specific training are the trends of China higher education. Agricultural colleges and universities tend to focus on top-notch innovative personnel training, other than composite and applied personnel training. The fact results in gaps between the supply from colleges and universities and needs from the society for composite and applied talents. In order to solve the problem, this paper explained the necessities of training the excellent agronomy talents in composite and applied model and analyzed the drawbacks of the training system for agronomy talents in agricultural colleges and universities, such as unclear goals of personnel training program, ineffective training of composite and applied talents, low efficiency of teaching methods, low quality of experimental practice teaching, insufficient evaluation of educational quality and so on. In personnel training for the specialty of agronomy in Yangzhou University, we are continuously focusing on top-notch innovative personnel training. On basis of that, by optimize the training objectives of the excellent agronomy talents, we are exploring and making innovation on talent training program, creating composite application classes, creating innovative class teaching methods, and establishing the practice-based training class. We set up the quality evaluation system and have made multiple progresses in talents training.
