摘要
针对燃煤火力发电厂脱硫废水盐含量高、成分复杂、腐蚀性和结垢性强的特点,介绍了国内处理现状,对比了实现脱硫废水零排放的"预处理+多效蒸发结晶"、"预处理+膜浓缩+正渗透+机械蒸发"和"预处理+膜浓缩+烟气余热蒸发"3种技术的优缺点。目前国内应用较少,投资及运行费用较高。要真正实现脱硫废水零排放,需综合考虑自身实际情况,须进行多方对比,采取其中合适的技术,并要妥善处置污泥与结晶盐,避免污染的转移,从而树立绿色环保的企业形象。
Coal-fired power plant desnlfurization wastewater has complex composition of high salt content, corrosion and scaling. This paper introduced the present situation of domestic processing, contrast the advantages and disadvantages of three ways for desulphurizatinn wastewater zero discharge, 'Pretreatment+ Multi-effect Evaporation Crystallization', 'Pretreatment+ Membrane Enrichment+ Forward Osmosis+ Mechanical Evaporation' and 'Pretrea^nent + Membrane Enrichment+ Flue Gas Waste Heat Evaporation'. Because of the high investment and operation cost, only a few of applications appeared in the country. So in order to be a sustainable enterprise, the coal-fired power plant needs to consider its own actual situation, contrast fully for finding the appropriate way to truly realize the zero emission of desulfurization wastewater, and dispose sludge and salt crystals properly, avoid the transfer of pollution.
