社会网络分析视角下的创新项目扩散研究--以孔子学院为例 被引量:10

摘要 创新项目扩散是组织实现创新价值与可持续发展的重要途径,本文从社会网络分析的视角出发,以孔子学院为研究案例,考察这一跨国组织的创新项目扩散机制问题,主要结论有:孔子学院创新项目扩散网络总体较为均衡,各项目网络虽有一定集中度,但行动者之间关系较为平等;孔子学院各类行动者在分布位置上有一定差异,家庭、企业、社区、媒体及其他类型机构分布较为边缘化,表明孔子学院创新项目扩散网络的外部联系仍需加强;扩散网络中最为活跃的行动者多来自孔子学院系统内部,政府在孔子学院创新项目扩散过程中扮演着提供支持和服务的作用;未来发展应更注重推进项目创新,提升行动者专业性和项目整合性,深耕项目质量,增加项目的附加价值。 diffusing innovative project is the crucial way for organizations to promote sustainable development. Based on social network analysis, this paper takes Confucius Institute as a research case to analyze the interaction mechanism of the diffusion of innovation projects. The conclusions are as follows : the main network structure of Confucius Institute' s diffusion of innovation is more balanced, and even though the project networks are certain concentrated, the actors involved are relatively equivalent. There are some differences in the distribution of Confucius Institute' s actors ; family, business, community, media and other types of social institutions are more marginalized, which shows that Confucius Institute' s network need to strengthen the external social connections. The Chinese government plays an important role in providing support and services during the process of diffusion of innovative projects of Confucius Institute, while the most active actors mainly come from the internal system of Confucius Institute. In the future, Confucius Institute should promote the innovations of projects, enhance the professionalism of members, raise the quality of the projects, and increase the added value of the projects.
