乳酸菌复合制剂对柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染雏鸡免疫水平的影响及免疫保护效果评价 被引量:10

Evaluation of immune protective effects of Lactobacillus compound preparation against Eimeria tenella infection in chickens

摘要 为探究乳酸菌等益生菌在雏鸡抗柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)感染中的作用,本研究以150只1日龄肉雏鸡为试验动物,以2×10~8CFU/200 L鼠李糖乳杆菌、乳酸片球菌和植物乳杆菌复合制剂饲喂雏鸡,并设红、白对照组。于攻虫前后检测细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-2、IgG和SIgA水平,雏鸡血液中淋巴细胞增殖情况和外周血CD4^+和CD8^+T淋巴细胞数量,并对攻虫期间增重情况、卵囊排出数量和盲肠病变情况进行检测。结果显示,该制剂显著提高了IFN-γ、IL-2、IgG、SIgA水平和外周血中T淋巴细胞数量,从而增强了机体细胞和体液免疫水平(P<0.05)。此外,该制剂可以显著减轻球虫感染对雏鸡增重的影响,降低卵囊排出量和盲肠病理损伤(P<0.05),ACI值达到中等抗球虫效果,有望成为鸡球虫病新的防治手段。 Abstract: In order to investigate the role and immune effects of Lactobacillus against Eimeria tenella in broiler chickens,150 one day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into three groups in this study. One group was feed with 2×10^8CFU/200 L compound preparation(Lactobacillusrhamnosus, Pediococcus acidilactici,Lactobacillus plantarum),the negative and positive control groups were set at the same time. The levels of cytokines IFN-γ,IL-2,IgG and SIgA,the proliferation of lymphocytes and the number of CD4^+ and CD8^+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were detected before and after challenge with E. tenella oocysts. Additionally,the body weight gain,the number of oocysts shedding and cecal le- sion also were detected. The results indicated that the preparation enhanced the cellular and humoral immunity by significantly increasing IFN-γ,IL-2,IgG,SIgA levels and the number of T lymphocytes in pe- ripheral blood(P〈0.05).Furthermore,theeffectofweightlossonchickensinfected withEimeria oocysts, the number of oocysts shedding and cecal pathological injury were reduced significantly by the com- pound preparation(P〈0.05). Therefore,it concludes that probiotics is expected to become a new preven- tive method of chicken coccidiosis.
