摘要
目的研究裙座与鞍座2种连接结构的罐式集装箱在长侧面跌落情况下的应力状态以及结构薄弱点。方法基于有限元软件对2种结构的罐式集装箱进行仿真模拟分析,制作2种结构的罐式集装箱试件,并进行2.8 m高度的跌落试验,对比分析仿真模拟结果与试验分析结果。结果端梁发生了屈服变形,罐体与框架连接处结构承受了较大应力,并发生损坏。结论试验与仿真模拟结果基本一致,为罐式集装箱改进设计提供了理论依据。
The work aims to study the stress status and structural weakness of the skirt type and saddle type tank containers in the case of long-side dropping. Based on the finite element software, the two types of rankcontainers were simulated and analyzed. In addition, the two structural forms of tank container specimens were produced for drop test at 2.8 m height. The results of simulation and test analysis were comparatively analyzed. The yield deformation of the end beam occurred, and the junction structure of tank and frame was damaged because of the large stress borne. The experimental results are in accordance with the simulation results, which provides theoretical basis for improving the design of tank containers.
