摘要
以含氟废水作为处理目标、改性煤渣为吸附剂,采用批次方法研究了煤渣改性方法及其吸附条件。研究结果表明,H_2SO_4改性煤渣对F的吸附效果优于NaOH改性煤渣。用于改性的H_2SO_4浓度为1.5 mol/L时改性效果最好。煤渣改性前后吸附等温线都符合Langmuir定律,属于单分子层吸附。在煤渣投量为20 g/L(煤渣/g:含氟溶液体积/m L为1∶50),p H值为5,F-初始浓度为400 mg/L优化条件下,达到吸附平衡时间明显缩短,F-去除率为78.36%。
Batch experiment method was used to study the adsorption characteristics of the modified coal cinder for fluoride removal in wastewater. The results show that fluoride removal effect of sulfuric acid modified coal ash is better than that of sodium hydroxide modified. The optimum concentration of sulfuric acid for modification is 1.5 mol/L. Both of the coal ash adsorption isotherm are in accord with the law of Langmuir monolayer adsorption before and after modification. An obvious reduction of equilibrium adsorption time was observed in the cinder dosage of 20g/L (cinder/g: fluoride solution volume/mL for 1:50) , pH of 5 ,the initial fluoride concentration of 400mg/L. The fluoride ion removal efficiency reaches up to 78.36% in the contact time of 10 minutes.
