摘要
【目的】为充分利用贵州省地方高粱资源,为选育具有抗炭疽病的高粱品种提供基础数据。【方法】采用田间自然接种方法,对贵州64个地方高粱资源进行了田间炭疽病害抗性鉴定。【结果】64个地方高粱资源中B14、B60、C31、D1和D8的抗性级别为2级,炭疽病害侵染程度轻,表现为中度抗病;37个资源和红缨子的抗性级别为3级,炭疽病害侵染程度重,表现为中度感病。21个资源的抗性级别为4级,炭疽病害侵染程度特重,表现为高度感病。产量B1、D39和D55的最高,分别为493.6,466.9和555.9 kg/667m^2,B14与红缨子产量持平,其余高粱资源产量都小于红缨子。【结论】B14,B60,C31,D1,D8对炭疽病的抗性较强,可用于抗病育种和抗病机理研究,B1,D39,D55虽然易感炭疽病,但产量高,也可作为有价值的育种材料使用。
[ Objective ] The present paper aims to fully utilize local sorghum resources and provide the basic data for breeding of sorghum vari- eties with resistance to arthracnose in Guizhou. [ Method ] The resistance to arthracnose of 64 local sorghum varieties was identified by the nat- ural inoculation method in the field. [ Result ] B14, B60, C31, D1 and D8 with the second resistant grade is of the moderate resistance. 37 local varieties and Hongyingzi (CK) with the third resistant grade are of the moderate susceptible. 21 varieties with the fourth resistant grade are of the high susceptible. The yield of B1, D39 and D55 can reach 493.6, 466.9 and 555.9 kg/667m2 ,respectively. The yield of B14 was the same as Hongyingzi basically and the yield of other varieties was less than Hongyingzi. [ Conclusion] B14, B60, C31, D1 and D8 with the moderate resistance to arthracnose can be used in disease-resistant breeding and mechanism research of sorghum varieties.
