摘要
校企合作是高职院校以就业为导向的主要办学模式之一,但学校和企业在职业人才培养和需求方面存在着"盲区"。因此需要双方联合办学,创新合作机制,实施多元化的人才培养模式。结合我校的实际办学案例,对校企合作的多种模式进行研究,分析我校校企合作存在的问题。
School -enterprise cooperation is one of the main educational modes in higher vocational eolleses for employment, but there is a ＂blind area＂ in terms of training and demand between schools and businesses, which calls for a need for joint education, innovation cooperation mechanism and diversified training model. A variety of school - enterprise cooperation models are studied in this paper with Tangshan Polytechnic College as an example, and the problems of school - enterprise cooperation in the school are analyzed.
