摘要
移植日胚胎的选择在辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗过程中至关重要,如何挑选高质量胚胎进行移植与ART治疗结局息息相关。目前辅助生殖实验室常用胚胎形态学特征来评估胚胎的发育潜能,但其中暂未纳入早期胚胎的卵裂球多核现象。近年来,随着ART及医学遗传学诊断方法的飞速发展,生殖医学研究者逐渐认识到胚胎早期发育过程中的卵裂球多核现象可能与胚胎后续发育潜能之间有一定的相关性,并对其进行了深入研究。本文就胚胎早期发育过程中多核卵裂球的形成原因及其与胚胎后续发育潜能和临床结局之间的相关性展开综述。
Embryo selection for implantation is one of the most important processes to influence the clinical outcome of assisted reproductive technology (ART). Some morphological characteristics except multinucleation are used to evaluate the embryos quality of embryos. Along with the rapid development of ART and genetic diagnosis methods in recent years, the relationship between blastomeric multinucleation and human embryos development potential has been concerned. This review summarizes the influence factors of multinucleation formation in early cleavage stage of human embryos and the correlation between multinucleation and the outcome of in vitro fertilization.
