摘要
为解决竹材整形机整圆整直时存在的竹段跳动、回弹、整形力不均等问题,基于竹材本身非圆直的构造特点,通过开展竹材整形机制的研究,建立竹材整形应力模型,分析并提出一种对竹材内部和外部同时施加压力进行圆直整形的方法;据此方法设计了闭式液控胀轴装置,包括液控胀轴结构和液压控制系统;并完成闭式液控胀轴样机的试制。此胀轴适用于旋切薄竹预处理及在此基础上的竹材生产领域,对提高竹材综合利用率具有积极意义。
In order to solve the issues such as beating, rebound, shaping force inequality existing in bamboo turning round and turning straight process by using bamboo shaping machine, based on non-circular and non-straight bamboo structural characteristics, through researching bamboo shaping mechanism, the bamboo plastic stress model was established, a kind of shaping method was proposed in which pressure was applied inside and outside the bamboo simultaneously to realize turning round and turning straight of the bamboo. Then a closed type hydraulic controlled expansion shaft was designed, including the structure and hydraulic control system. The prototype trial was completed. This expansion axis applies to thin bamboo veneer and bamboo pre-processing field, it has positive meaning to improve the comprehensive utilization of bamboo.
