薄壁轴承套圈外圆棱面度的工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 薄壁轴承套圈外圆棱面度一直是轴承制造的技术难题。对影响外圆棱面度的原因进行分析,提出5种解决方案,通过实验验证,发现有两种方案是可行的,即可以通过采用增加锻件辗扩时间,改善锻件精度,减少复印误差;增加去应力退火,消除锻件和粗加工应力,提高薄壁轴承套圈外圆棱面度,优化改善工艺规程,提高产品质量。 Thin-wall bearing rings cylindrical prismatic roundness is bearing process technical problem. The reasons influencing the cylindrical prismatic roundness were analyzed, five kinds of scheme were put forward. Through experimental verification, two kinds of scheme were feasible, the first was increasing forging rolling time to improve forging precision and to reduce copy error, the second was increasing stress annealing to eliminate forging and rough machining stress. Then the cylindrical prismatic roundness of the thin- wall bearing ring is improved, the process and product quality are improved.
