摘要
利用频谱分析法对螺杆式空压机振动故障进行了分析。通过分析,发现螺杆频率正常,而左侧星轮频谱异常;左侧星轮的频域是以1/5星轮转动频率为基频的高次谐频,确定是星轮支撑轴松动造成的振动故障。提出了重新加固松动支撑,更换磨损轴承和润滑油的解决措施,采取措施后振动消失,声音正常。
The paper analyzed the vibration trouble of screw rod type air compressors by the means of spectrum analysis. Through analysis the screw frequency is found to be normal, while the spectrum of the left star wheel is found to be abnormal. The frequency domain of left star wheel side is higher harmonics which is based on 1/5 star wheeFs rotational frequency. This is a^rmed to be the vibration trouble caused by loose of the star wheel's support shaft. The paper proposed the measure of reinforcing the loosing support, replacing the worn bearing and replacing lubricating oil. After the measures are taken, the vibration is gone and the sound becomes normal.
