摘要
针对绿色建筑设计方案评价中存在的多属性、不确定性等问题,构建了绿色建筑方案综合评价指标体系。以区间数来表示指标值及其权重的可能范围,采用区间层次分析法(IAHP)给各指标赋权,结合集对分析(SPA)联系数理论将决策矩阵指标区间数矩阵转化为联系数矩阵,建立了基于联系势和联系数贴近度两种排序准则的绿色建筑设计方案区间数多属性评价方法。实证分析验证了该评价方法的科学性和实用性。
Aiming at multiple attributes, uncertainty and other problems in the evaluation of green building design scheme,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established for green building design scheme selec- tion in this paper. Interval number was adopted to represent the possible range of index value and its weight, and the weight of each evaluation index was determined through the interval analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) method. Connection number theory of set pair analysis (SPA) was introduced to convert interval number matrix into connection number matrix. An interval attribute evaluation model of green building design scheme based on two ranking criteria including the connection trend and the connection number approach degree was established, Finally,examples were given to verify the rationality and feasibility of this method.
