摘要 为响应节能减排,需对电力用户的进行能效评测以便进行节能改造。针对原始的能效评测方法易受人为因素影响、误差较大等问题,提出一种智能量化分级新方法,根据电能质量国标,引入能效等级概念从多维度对电力能效状态进行评测和量化分级。首先,构建了基于支持向量机的能效量化分级模型,接着将该模型用于电力能效等级的评测中。实例分析表明所提出的支持向量机的能效量化分级模型流程清晰、方便快捷、适用性广,能够客观真实地展现出电力用户的能效状况,极具应用前景。 In order to answer the call of the national energy conservation policies, we need to conduct power efficiency evaluation work for power users so as to make energy saving reformations. In view of the problem that the traditional method is easily affected by human factors, which could cause big error, an intelligent rating method based on the na- tional standard of power quality is proposed to evaluate and quantify the state of power efficiency from multidimensional aspects. It also introduces a concept of power efficiency grade, and establishes the power efficiency rating model based on support vector machine (SVM). Then this model is applied to rate the power efficiency. Results obtained by the calculated instance shows that the power efficiency rating model of support vector machine (SVM) has a clear process and is of wide applicability. The method is convenient and quick and can truly reflect the status of energy efficiency of the power users, and has a commended prospect for application.
