摘要
介绍了聚氯乙烯生产过程中产生的界区雨雪水、机封水、母液水、冷凝水等废水治理与回用的措施,以40万t/a聚氯乙烯生产装置为例,可回收废水240 m^3/h,产生的经济效益达4 339.8万元/a。
Wastewater was generated in the production of PVC, such as rain and snow water inside battery limit, sealing water, mother liquor and condensed water. Measures to treat and recycle the wastewater were introduced. For a 400-kt/a PVC production device, the wastewater of 240 m^3/h could be recovered, and thus economic benefit of 43. 398 million yuan could be created.
