《行动体验式心理健康教育》通识课的效果研究

摘要 目的评价《行动体验式心理健康教育》通识课教学效果。方法20名选修大学生为实验组,匹配20名大学生为控制组,以实验组主观幸福感数据变化和课堂教学评价为教学效果评估指标。结果实验组主观幸福感量表各维度在干预前后得分差异显著(P<0.05),课堂教学评价各维度均分高于4.00(1—5评分)。结论本通识课有效提升了大学生的主观幸福感,行动体验式教学方法有助于提高教学效果,具有一定的推广价值。 Objective To evaluate the effect of an action-experienced mental health education course. Methods 20 students are recruited in the course,while another 20 students participate the research as the control group. The Subjective Well-Being (SWB) scale is adopted before and after the intervention (course) in two groups to measure the effect. Results Before and after the course,the intervention group's scores on the dimensions of SW'B scalehave significant improvement(P〈0.05 ).All the dimensions of the teaching outcome questionnaire got scores over 4 on a 1-5 scale. Conclusion The course is effective in promoting the subjective well-being for university students. The action experience teaching method is helpful to improve the teaching effect.
