摘要
结合白皎煤矿2274工作面掘进及贯通后上覆采空区发生的严重自然发火隐患,分析了隐患产生的原因,确立"灭火+防火"的联合治灾方案,提出了近距离复杂地质构造煤层上覆采空区自然发火综合治理技术。以施工观测钻孔对上覆采空区火灾隐患区域探查为先导,合理划定隐患范围;采取采空区注液态CO_2灭火降温、巷道喷浆堵漏以及注氮惰化等手段,成功处理上覆采空区自然发火隐患的同时,保障工作面安全回采。
Combined with the serious spontaneous combustion hidden trouble occurred at 2274 working face of Baijiao Coal Mine during the working face driving and passing through overburdened goaf, the paper proposes the fire disaster prevention scheme of "extinguishing fire + fire prevention" by analyzing the causes of hidden trouble, the comprehensive control technology of spontaneous combustion in goaf of overburden complex geologic structure coal seam is proposed. Taking the observation of drilling holes in the overburden fire area as the forerunner and rationally delineating the hidden danger scope; taking the method of extinguishing the liquid CO2 in the mined-out area, injecting and plugging the roadway and injecting inerting nitrogen, the upper goal spontaneous combustion hidden trouble is successfully processed, and safe mining face is ensured at the same time.
