摘要
目的探讨责任制护理干预在肺结核合并咯血住院患者全程治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年11月~2016年11月我院感染内科收治的肺结核合并咯血患者60例,将其随机分为责任组和常规组,每组30例。常规组给予常规护理,责任组给予全程责任制护理。比较两组患者的咯血停止时间、住院时间及大咯血、休克、窒息、死亡等不良结局的总发生率。结果责任组患者的咯血停止时间、住院时间均短于常规组[(11.4±3.2)h vs.(19.3±3.7)h,(6.8±1.1)d vs.(8.6±1.3)d](P<0.05)。责任组患者不良结局的总发生率低于常规组(6.67%vs.26.67%)(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并咯血住院患者全程予以责任制护理干预,可协助提高患者的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the application effect of responsibility nursing intervention in the whole course treatment of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis treated in department of infectious internal medicine of our hospi- tal from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the responsible group （n=30） and routine group （n=30）.The regular group was given the routine nursing,while the responsible group was given the responsibility nursing of whole eourse.Hemoptysis stoping time,length of stay and the total incidence rate of the bad ending such as massive hemoptysis,shoek,asphyxia,death and so on in patients between two groups were compared.Re- sults Hemoptysis stoping time,length of stay in the responsible group was shorter than those of the routine group [（11.4±3.2） h vs. （19.3±3.7） h,（6.8±1.1） d vs. （8.6±1.3） d] （P〈0.05）.The total incidence rate of the bad ending in the re- sponsible group was lower than that of the routine group （6.67% vs. 26.67%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Responsibility nurs- ing intervention applied in the whole course treatment of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis can help improve the clinical efficacy of patients.
