基于规模养殖的多级分层调控系统设计

摘要 为了解决规模化养殖企业通信调控的问题,设计了一种两级调控系统,以SMT32高速单片机为核心,以SIM900A的GPRS远程向上传输,用以太网芯片W5500向下和各采集终端通信,集成大容量本地存储器K9F1G08、高精度实时时钟芯片RX8025和42秒多段语音报警芯片a P89042,添加了按键和低功耗的LCD显示屏,友好的人机界面方便浏览本地数据库和手动控制,测试结果表明,系统两级数据传输可靠性高,为多种接口通信提供极易扩展的解决方案。 In order to solve the problem of communication and control for the scale breeding enterprises, this paper designs the two stage control system. S M T 32 as its core,G P R S of SIM900A is up to the transmission in long distance, W 5500 communicates the acquisition terminals,it integrates a large capacity local memory K 9F 1908,high precision real-time clock chip R X 8025 and 42 seconds multiple segment voice alarm chip ap89042;it adds the buttons and low power L C D display,friendly man-machine interface to easily browse the local database and manual control. The experiment shows the system has high reliability of two stage data transmission,and it provides a very easy to expand solution for many kinds of interface communication.
