摘要
某锡铜硫化矿选矿厂随着生产规模的增大,矿石性质的变化,原磨矿分级流程难以适应新的生产要求。生产实践表明,通过改造磨矿分级工艺流程、优化水力旋流器结构参数,棒磨机磨矿技术效率(-0.074 mm)提高10%;1~#、2~#水力旋流器分级效率(-0.074 mm)分别提高10.54%、13.28%,入选物料中不合格粗粒级(+0.2 mm)含量降低了2.69%,过粉碎粒级(-0.019 mm)降低了8,08%,易于选别的粒级(-0.2+0.037 mm)增加了6.91%。明显改善了入选产品的粒度组成,提高了设备的作业效率,达到提质增效的效果。
With the increase of production scale and the change of ore properties, the original grinding classifi-cation process in a tin-copper sulfide ore concentrator is difficult to adapt to the new production requirement. The production practice shows that by the reform of the grinding classification process and the optimization of hydrocy-clone structural parameters, the rod mill grinding technology efficiency( -0. 074 mm) increased by 10% ; classifi-cation efficiency( -0. 074 mm) of No. 1 and No. 2 hydrocyclones increased by 10. 54% and 13. 28% respectively, the unqualified coarse fraction ( +0. 2mm ) contents in the product decreased by 2. 69% , the over grinding (-0. 019 mm) contents reduced by 8. 08% , the qualified size fraction ( - 0. 2 + 0. 037 mm) increased by 6.91%. The particle size composition of the product is obviously improved and the operation efficiency increased, achieving the goal of increase grinding quality and efficiency.
