摘要
文章选取菏泽市立医院慢性心功能不全合并室性心律失常患者135例,随机分为胺碘酮组、美托洛尔组和联合治疗组,分析患者治疗效果。结果发现,慢性心功能不全合并室性心律失常患者采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗,能够提高治疗效果,减少不良反应,安全性高,具有推广价值。
A total of 135 patients with chronic arrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into amiodarone group, metoprolol group and combination therapy group to analyze the efficacy of treatment. Finally found that patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia patients with amiodarone combined with metoprolol treatment can improve the treatment effect, reduce adverse reactions, high safety, with the promotion of value.
